I got into a new hobby recently, involving lasers. I'm talking about lasers of 1W+ power (maybe a little less, depending on the color of the beam), that can burn, and the beam can be seen from miles away (anyway, you have to be VERY careful with them). So I'd say a green laser of 500mw+ power.

Haha nice question. But no, I really love looking at the bright beam in a dark night. And I've learned a lot about light thanks to them.
It's not easy to get one that's up to the power it says it has, and they're pretty expensive, specially the green ones because of the way they are made (plus, they have more demand because the human eye is more sensitive to green light, so they look a lot brighter than other colors).
