Here is another suggestion.
High Card/Low Card
Anything 6 and below is considered a low card, anything 8 and over is considered a high card and the 7 is an ace meaning no one has to drink. You must say high or low before our card handler pulls a card, if you say low and it is 8 or above you must drink, if it is 6 or below you don't drink, similar to the low one if you say high and it is 6 or below then you have to take a drink if it is 8 or above you don't.
