[C#] Console Autobuyer

Here's a MSAB I just finished writing in C# that uses the Console window instead of a Form/GUI.

I wanted to write a simple AB. If you want to practice C#, I'd recommend trying to add features.

I left a comment listing some possible features to implement, but here they are again:
* Wildcard support for buy list
* Faster OCR
* Storing user's settings in an INI file
