I have no personal issue with Emily.

Here is a scenario: A bank robber who stole 1.2 million dollars and diamonds, does not have the opportunity to return the items in exchange for a "second chance".

On a more relevant note: A security guard working the night shift at Costco is told he can take a 6-pack of soda and a bag of bugles without reparations by the manager of the store. Instead however, he takes a bottle of 50$ vodka, and a pill bottle of benzos to celebrate him finally becoming an American citizen. He then gets caught and murdered by an Alien. Does he then have a chance to give back what he stole and get a second chance? I think not! (If you get the reference then +rep)

I don't agree with this second chance crap, she did it. she might have been a nice girl or w.e. but at the end of the day she took things that weren't hers and earned her ban just like every other banned scammer.

I've got nothing against Emily and I thought she was nice (from what I'd seen of her on the forums) but I trust the mods decisions and if they think the ban is justified, then I agree with them.

It's at their discretion if they allow her back if she pays back what she needs to. They're responsible for the safety and security of the forum and they're just doing what they think is best for Clraik.
