frankly, i think it reflects poorly on her to have someone buy her back in. I think it needs to come from her to show that she learned something.

It is not difficult to be passionate when money is involved. It is also very easy to butcher a reputation with a few very poorly chosen words in the heat of that passion. Calm and reasoned communication between two parties with good intentions can usually resolve any dispute.
If that is not up to par with your satisfaction requirements, there are many other avenues to achieve the desired end goal as I am sure Emily can attest to! Perhaps I am overly pollyanna but I still believe there is still good will out there.
Emily obviously made mistakes along the way. I think the problem was two-fold; her age, and the fact the other person clearly didn't specify the EXACT quantity of items she could keep. She did get greedy, no doubt about that. I am pretty certain Emily was/is a bit overwhelmed with all the things she has going on. Her priories are not set.. With all the commotion directed towards her, she is be really hurt by it. Trust me, I had a chat with her...and I feel really bad about what happened to her.
@(you need an account to see links) PM me what she owes you-know-who, I am willing to pay back what she owes if its in reason.

Take what you think is your share? That's a little broad.
Here's a SDB full of UBs. Take what you think is yours lol.
Anyways whoever hosted it. Cool beans. Nice of you to do that.
Have fun everyone. I'm not involved in anyway.

In my opinion i think the fault in this situation is 50/50 because the person that asked for her service did not specify a general range of worth or inquire what she wanted as fee they simply said take what you feel is yours (paraphrased of course). Of course when given that much freedom one might tend to get a little greedy which Emily might have but again nothing was said as to a limit so you can't really blame her. If most of us were given free access to an account to clear out a nice Gallery and told to "take our cut" i think we would take more than simply a pb or two as "payment" for our service. Of course ALL the pb's and MP's is a little excessive assuming that was majority of the gallery which is why i say it's 50/50 but again you have to be clear when trading don't be so vague and give people so much freedom.
Hey man, you are totally missing the point. She was told to take what she thought was her share. That means that you, or anyone else's opinions are totally irrelevant as she did take what she THOUGHT she was entitled to. "Just take what you feel is your share" is such an ambiguous statement that she should not have been penalised if she had taken the whole gallery. If she had broken a rule she should have been banned. I don't see any rules, all I see is an invitation to take all she wants. This kind of behaviour happens every day in business. That is how the world goes round. This is not a personal attack at your authority but you need to realise that your opinions are not the same as everyone else's out there.
Unban the girl. I don't really know her, but every one of her posts I came across was made out of good will and kindness.
