It will be a good time to make friends, but heck to the no am I gonna pay someone to be my friend! If people expect you to pay to be friends for them then don't pay them, if you do then all they will do is use you. I am kind of picky on friends, they must be able to accept other people and be friendly, not going around and bullying others.
