    Huzzah! Mine finally worked.

    I sent mine in under Bug and they emailed me a couple times. Ticket was closed then reopened for about two hours before they fixed it.

    something crazy about this glitch, since my account is no longer attached to my e-mail.
    3 accounts were added to my e-mail that aren't mine. they are shell looking accounts that were last seen under 1 day ago with nothing on all of them:/ odd...

    I sent in a ticket and finally got a response

    she said my account wasn't frozen (she misunderstood me) and then i replied talking about the glitch again and she said my info was reset...

    it was...
    but my acc was frozen LOL???

    wtf???

    Can someone tell me what I should do next? I filed another ticket asking for it to be unfrozen. What else can I do? Do you think ill get it back?

    I would reply to the email as well. When they emailed me about a ticket I sent in regarding the bug, I responded via email and got a response from them within a half-hour.
    Just tell them that there was a misunderstanding, mention the bug multiple times, and hopefully you'll get a response soon.
