how is there a difference between death and life in prison? its practically the same thing. anyways, thats my views.

Because from a political standpoint, it is unbelievably expensive to keep someone in jail for life, and with that logic, it would be beneficial to get to the point.

Who are you to say whether someone lives or dies? That person most likely has a family: people who they care about, and people who care about them.
