I don't know where you get your proxy's from, but a nice, free (public ) proxy list (you need an account to see links)

Make sure you choose High Anonymous and I prefer at least %80 up time, depending on what I'm using it for.

9 seconds is fine lol. You bought it instead of another person so who cares if it is 9 seconds. I always keep my buys above 3800ms, no need to be the fastest unless you want to have your account frozen. Just be patient and the buys will come.

Nine seconds is not fine, first of all you are talking about a shop autobuyer but hes doing attic. In attic you buy in less than a second :p
