[guide/GM] Low Resolution Habi

alright. I know that someone else made a guide but it didn't help because i couldn't figure out how to get it to only work on habi in case i wanted to play games in full quality, etc. so i made a GM (greasemonkey) script using another scripts source and edited it so it only worked on the habi page.

This is super useful if it's lagging or heating up your slow computer. (I do it so my fan doesn't get super loud). Hope this helps
