The legal grey areas of downloading music ...

To be honest, I rarely download music anymore.
I'm never really away from somewhere where I can access music through YouTube, so I just do that.

If I do really want an album, I'll torrent it if I can't be bothered getting each individual song from YouTube though.

I'd have no problem buying music if it weren't so expensive, for me anyways. There are so many different artists I like and if I wanted to buy 10 albums, it's probably going to run me about

I'm having the same problem.
But I'm also very odd in that I NEED my music nicely organized. Almost OCD like that.

So downloading from torrent sites or YT will usually leave me with missing album art or album names. And this KILLS me, because it means I have to go through all the songs and manual edit them.

It's a major pain

Does anyone know of a better way....? Please?

For me, it's usually youtube first and if I really like it, I'll buy it

I use a program that downloads the audio directly from youtube, but of course it doesn't come with album art, etc.

wow haha most of these are kinda useless unless the band is big.. what if you want an album or something, if the band isn't that big i doubt you'll be able to find it all on youtube or in a torrent..
about 6 months ago you could just google "band album mediafire" and find it.. now mediafire removes almost everything.
if a band is huge, sure, torrent it. but if not, you can most likely find stuff by googling "band album blogspot download". i do this and use it-leaked.com (private leak site, you could probably buy an invite somewhere pretty cheap).
