I dunno if I consider anything embarrassing lol, but some of my favourite shows are Swamp People, Pawn Stars, American Pickers etc.
Although whenever To Catch a Predator comes on, I can't not watch it, just to see the excuses those damn perverts give.

I used to watch Project Runway, America's Next Top Model, The Bachelor (lol), and Big Brother. Then I stopped watching that garbage. The only show I could classify as embarrassing that I watch now is The Newlywed Game with Sherri Shepherd.
I kind of watch Teen Mom.
