How easy is it to get scammed on paypal?

Haha, I am pretty sure the person was a to-be scammer so I ceased communication with 'her.' I love it how people on msn try to fool you by using pink writing and putting some fit girl as their DP. So guys, what is the difference between paypal and WU then? Is there no charge back option on WU, or do you need a verified bank account to be able to use WU in the first place? P.s, this Chinese I am eating is so damn good.

WU you literally go and pickup cash from a WU location in person after the sender either A) Went to a WU and gave them the cash to transfer or Sent it online with a CC/bank.

So, there is no chargeback option even available.

I'm pretty sure you lose any and all buyer protection when you send money via gift on paypal.

I have never been charged back. I do know people who have used this though and been charged back one was even from a stolen account but he still won the dispute because of the TOS.
