Whoever back there said that using legal jargon wouldn't work on Tony... he's a neopets employee. He's probably got an associates degree in general studies from the local community college. I really don't think he's the brightest crayon in the box. Throwing blackmail legal paragraphs at him might work to scare him a bit into leaving Bexx alone. But we don't want that.
