Shows the average age is about 15. While they are young, I wouldn't call them little kids. He makes it sound like we're stealing lollipops from toddlers. Additionally, any successful player, has been apart of neopets for multiple years and would have needed the intellectual capacity to make that money either by cheating or by playing smart. Neopets has been out for what, nearly a decade? That means the players most likely to be targets of thefts have made their accounts between 6-10 years ago. With that being said, lets say most kids find out about neopets at age 12. That means the average age of people we steal from is between 18-22.

This guy's more stupid than I thought LAWL. Additionally, their legal team could probably be ousted by me, and technically speaking I'm an accounting major and not a law major. They seem pretty stupid when it comes to legality considering blackmailing is highly illegal and threats are highly frowned upon.

These are legal threats. Any other threats are not legal threats, but false threats which can not be backed up. While they are not illegal per say, if a lawyer were to use such a threat on a witness let's say, it would be considered witness tampering. TNT just wants to ban all the cheaters. That's why they can make threats so freely. If this were a court suit, and they were trying to threaten Bexxy into giving other cheaters names, using her as a witness for her to confirm they were also breaking the law (pretend for an instance this was a legal setting and not a neopets kiddie bullshit setting), they would be tried for witness tampering. The only reason they can go through with this on Neopets and ban accounts is because on Neopets, they ARE the law. They won't try to pull any legal stunts in real life. They'd be thrown out of the court room faster than you can say "OBJECTION".
