I sold stuff on eBay that can only be sent electronically through email. This is the comment I left at the bottom of the invoice when i had the the buyer pay me. Feel free to use it.

You warrant that this transaction is a COD(Cash On Delivery) transaction. Payment for the goods(insert here) has been made at the time of delivery. By paying this invoice, the buyer and seller both collectively agree that the buyer has received his goods. No warranty is expressed or implied. Sold

I wonder if they make an exception where somebody might be selling "intellectual property" that does not belong to them?
In either case, looks pretty legit. Could even be misconstrued by a possible scammer as a legit message that paypal included!
What's my definition of success?
Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left
I use a very similar message on my invoices and I was still easily chargebacked.
PayPal does not allow for "contracts", anyways. I think you're the one who told me this, Ronith.
Indeed. Your invoice message = paypal doesn't give a shit about. When it comes to strictly electronic trade you MUST operate on a faith basis. Unless you can prove delivery of a good (IE tangible via tracking number) paypal will not stop any one from chargebacking.
Cause someday I'll be OVER 9,000... Rep!
