It isn't as hard as you think. I shutdown websites and eBay ads that stole my images, and reused them in order to misrepresent or to profit from my work. Just because you make the "WhoIS" private, doesn't mean you can't find information about the owner. I can find info pretty easily. All it takes is a short letter to the hosting company to shut the website down. Screenshots suffice as evidence to take down a website...

Furthermore, Viacom definitely has the resources to take down websites. Neopets, as I would imagine, isn't big on their priority list...

I don't care what it takes or what resources it is or how simple it is, I'm saying, they don't do it. I have been employed by big websites for years, and they never shut down. So throw whatever you want at me saying how it would be done, the point is, it's not.
