File a ticket
Hi,
I keep getting this message when I try and send a pin to an email account I have access to:
A message to you was written with XXXXXXXXXXX has not been sent. The message from the other server was '550 5.1.8: Sender address rejected: Domain not found '. Pinto on (you need an account to see links) please, to see what you can do to fix the problem.
Has anyone else ever encountered a problem similar to this? If so, how did you resolve it?
Thanks

Is it an active or inactive account?
I also file for a PIN under "bug report" because you need to input less information.
I think if you type in English, make a few grammatical errors as if you were using a translator.
Just fill out everything in the bug report section and in 2-3 days they'll send you the pin via email

I don't think that'd matter, jongeh. You just have to say that the PIN email is bouncing. I've only filed one ticket about a bouncy email and I sold the account shortly after that, not sure if it was fixed.

cool, thanks guys
Put in a ticket saying you are having problems with passwords/pins (I think that is what it's called).
Just put all the info about the account that you can in there and they should email you back pretty quickly.
I have done this a bunch of times and they are always pretty fast with that kinda stuff!
What's my definition of success?
Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left
Indeed. Whenever I do it, I just straight up ask for the pin, and they've never failed in delivering within a day. As long as you file a ticket logged in from the account, you should have ample information.
I filed a ticket on a shell saying "My email keeps bouncing" Right when they reply it will stop bouncing, they asked for more info but i didnt give it to them since they fixed the problem lol
