No clue. Server is back up but have the red pteri offline page. Hopefully they're getting all of the lag worked out finally, but I doubt it.
People are saying it's being DDoS'd, but I HIGHLY doubt that.
They announced site maintenance at like 8:30 last night.
Then again, when is Neo not lagging? It's a constant battle of monkey employees.
