You can get away with like... 10 accounts per proxy / IP.... but that's even really pushing it, and has to be done correctly. Use one proxy / IP per account and you'll be much better off.

Personally, if it's something I really don't want iced, or when I'm doing services for someone, I use a proxy inside a VPN. Never had a single account iced while doing that.
