99% of webhosting gives you a username for login, you don't login with the e-mail itself. Do you mean username? Also do you know the site name or not?

I have given her access to many accounts that I have been unable to get into (i.e. have pass for one e-mail account but not the right one) and she is great at playing detective

From what I'm told, they have some e-mail and password, and want to use it to log into something. The issue is 1337 seems to be trying to keep it secretive what the actual e-mail is and is providing a website name (which appears to be in german). So honestly I'm not sure what they're asking for, but they want to hack an e-mail thinking they MIGHT have the right password im guessing
