Can you make it so a top clraik programmer can have images in their signature? thank you!

Right now I have [IMG]http://i48.tinypic.com/f4eouf.png[/IMG] in my signature and that should show as:

But instead it just shows a text link to the image (like it is now in my signature)

I also noticed that on the (you need an account to see links) page, I don't even have the Insert Image button
