    [Demo] How do I.. [Demo]

    How do I go about unfreezing a high profile account? From what I've been told, submitting a ticket isn't enough. I figured I would ask here as SOMEONE has to have experience/be good at unfreezing accounts.

    There are a few people here who can help you through pm, but here's all I know

    You will need to know every detail of the account possible (multiple passwords, email changes, pet transfers, multiple pins, specific items in inventory/equipped/sdb/bank balance/shop til balance), and for a high profile account they have probably changed their info repeatedly. You also will need to contact them from multiple sources, report a ticket on a noob account - created from the same e-mail as the account you're trying to get unfrozen. Also it's probably worth emailing staff directly, some people have much higher success that way. Some people have also said that reporting it to BBB has got more response from tnt.

    Lots of variables that is best handled through pm with someone knowledgeable will affect the outcome, like what the account was frozen for, what information you have, etc

    Not very true though, I know many BBB reports go ignored.

    To unfreeze an account, you have to submit a ticket with as much info as they ask for.
    But to unfreeze a high profile account, I'd say you need to spoof everything perfectly, from email to UP

    It's no surprise: im trying to unfreeze ********** and can basically make it seem likes it's my own account, as I also have linking emails
    Edit: I had the username up (frankly I don't care if I can't unfreeze it lol) but I've had 4 users PM me do thank you to you all.

    Edit #2: the account was self frozen, suspicious activity

    I know with accounts like, munterpoo, featheralley and hrobi their tickets get flagged and an email is sent to a certain CSR and thats why they get unfrozen so fast, IDK how any of the others do it.

    I haven't unfrozen a very well known account, but the valuable accounts I have unfrozen required quite a bit of information. Pets that have been abandoned, the dates pets were adopted/colored, the date you acquired a particularly valuable/rare item, and date of trophy achieving game scores. I had emailed a staff member directly and they sent me to a different staff member
