That's great, those little punks needed some punishment

Yep, they got suspended for a year and they are going to an alternative school. Isn't that great?!? At least they didn't get away with it. They got what they deserved, well done to the school or whatever that chose the punishment
The middle school I went to never did anything about the bullying which really made me upset, I think what this school is doing is right. Not many schools in the USA fix the bullying problems and discipline the bullies.

I doubt this would've happened if there wasn't so much publicity around it. But good, and on top of that Karen can build a second house with the money from the fundraising. I think all of this is way too exaggerated, I'm not saying the bullying was alright, but it's ridiculous how she gets $600k -if not more- for something that happens pretty much daily, she's only ''lucky'' that in her case the kids were stupid enough to post it on the internet.

I feel like same exact way, I have had way worse bullying than her and did I get $600k or anything like that? Nope. The school never did anything about the bullying, and I was bullied by almost everyone in my class and like half the school. I had some friends but they were too scared to even stand up for me so when I got in 8th grade, they turned out to be the next bullying victims. No, I didn't bully them, but I moved to a different class and I no longer had these problems.
i would take twice that verbal abuse for 1/10 as much money.

I'm glad the kids are being punished, but I am 667k is a bit excessive.
True datI'm glad the kids are being punished, but I am 667k is a bit excessive.
Good to see bullies getting what they deserve

She doesnt deserve the money, the kids dont deserve the death threats.
A fund drive that began with a goal of $5,000 to help Klein take a nice vacation raised more than $667,000 as of Friday.
She hasn't decided yet whether to return to her job
"I don't know, I just don't know," she said, adding, "I'm going to invest and I don't need to work."
But Klein, a grandmother of eight, including one with Down syndrome, said she'll donate part of the money to support research.
At least the money will go to a good cause.
