[+Rep] How to put a proxy?

I don't know if similar post is created but... How I can put a proxy in my browser? It's Google Chrome.
I I found that here: chrome://chrome/settings/ you can change it but I don't know how to use

I want a little guide showing step by step, no matter if this guide is in english. Thanks

    chrome://chrome/settings/
    Click Show Advanced Settings...
    Find Network category
    Click Change Proxy Settings button

A window should appear, click LAN settings at bottom, check Use a proxy server for your LAN

There's an addon for chrome called Proxy Switchy. I don't personally use it myself but I found this guide, which has pictures and all which may help

(you need an account to see links)
