Can I release it on draik?

Someone else on a diff non neo related forum made it and when I purchased it, I made sure to include the fact that I had all rights for private use and that he was not allowed to distribute it, that i was, etc etc. If these conditions are true would it be allowed to release? (I would think about releasing it as an official draik program so I might need to ask him for the source if that was the case). It's more or less a neopet's account viewer that I had custom made. Just not sure if i requested it to interpret really wacky formatting (cant remember).

Some information on this subject would help a great deal XP Though i had it made a long time ago so I'd have to hope he still has the project source.

Yeah. If i wanted to make it draik official authorized, I would need to do so to get the source anyway. I just want to know if even if he agrees to it, would it be allowed? Although I think it did have a minor bug with it. It was quite useful though. Load list of usernames, click each new username, goes to the account page automatically all in a custom window so you don't have to open a million browser windows XP

Alrighty, thanks for the clarification guys. I'll shoot him a message when he's on tomorrow and ask him if he still has the source laying around. If he does then I'll drop an auth on it and upload it for something uh.. not public or something. Not like I really put much use on it these days anyway (or any day for the past year or so lol).
