I have not been able to sleep well for several years now. I have a hard time falling asleep and then I wake up every few hours, sometimes every half hour which just results in me being wide awake again. The worst nights are when you wake up in the middle of the night and feel completely exhausted with your eyes hurting (mine also water when I am very tired) and then you are up every 5 minutes because you cannot get comfy. Recently I have started to develop allergies so that just makes sleeping even more difficult with the stuffiness and sneezing all the time ugh.

The only thing I have found that helps is to buy a new pillow every so often. I buy so many that I only get the cheap like $5-10 pillows but usually that first night I sleep really good because the pillow is all fluffy lol. Oh and I also drink peppermint tea before I go to bed and that tends to help me at least fall asleep.
