So I've had this paypal forever right.
it's got 150$ stuck on it because it's limited, now, it says to UNLIMIT it i need a credit card / bank account to AND AN ADRESS verify that i'm the owner blah blah blah.
well i have neither of those,
the paypal's country is canada ( i was told that was the best country to sign up in ugh i really should have researched it more ) so, i signed up in canada.
i've heard that you can get a prepaid card or something? ugh
i don't even know.
if anyone can help me unlock the paypal so that i can use it again, i will give you 15$ off of it.
it all started because i was paid 150$ all at once and apparently paypal doesn't like that ( my account was unverified ) so they just limited it and now i need help getting it unlimited. LOL.
