Your right I never did open a dispute, I never noticed the failed payment until today when I was reviewing 6 months worth of paypal activity. And I have long forgotten whom the user was I was hoping the mods could find him, or not . because you need the username to open a dispute.

With the information you posted, you could have easily found the user on your own.

You only have twelve trade feedbacks. If you just check the date of when they sent you the e-check, it can't be that hard to match up.

Well, I'm leaving, and being that it doesn't seem like I can trust some people here to not blow this wildly out of control while I'm gone, I will be locking it.
