Some people go off of last neomails received to date when the person was last active.
I've seen people who know exactly how many days/years an account has been inactive. How do you tell?
I just got an awesome account that is inactive and I don't want it to get frozen for that dumb reason of "you aren't the original owner/easy password" bullshit.

I haven't logged into the account yet, but it appears to be inactive for YEARS.
It's basically a shell, so I have no way to judge how inactive it is. Ugh. Guess I'll just take my chances.
Bahahaha just logged in and the account has like 100 NF requests and a bunch of transfer requests. How weird.
They have badass UC's i guess?
I have the birthday, and I know the account is completely abandoned.
But there have been instances in the past where people have logged into inactive accounts that have been inactive for so long that TNT freezes them when they are logged in to.

Actually no. The username is amazing. AMAZING.
Ah. Well honestly I think that's extremely unlikely. The biggest possibility is due to vast location differences. IE someone from China on this forum, logs into a US bound account that's been in the US for several years. Glad to see everything worked out for you haha. Maybe the person just forgot their password a long time ago and desperately tried to get stuff off ;P who knows
Cause someday I'll be OVER 9,000... Rep!
WTF. Just rejected over 1000 NF requests on this account.
