i think i'd really like to serve on a jury, but i'll never be allowed to xD
something about not wanting people in forensics on the jury, blah blah blah
my dad always gets out of it, too, because he's a pastor, and i guess they vote him off the island because he has a religious mind or something? idk

jury nullification; when your opinion will be biased no matter what, so they'll kick you out?

    Easy
Make sure the lawyers trying for you hate you

The only question is how do you know what they're going to hate!

Pretend you're super racist, super sexist, all the negative opinionated things you can think of. Or go in dressed as a character and pretend you believe that no one should go to jail because in the grand scheme of things we're all just holograms (creds to 30rock).

Or get a doctor's note saying you have some kind of issue that prevents you from being there for long periods of time. My mom has to pee like every 30 minutes, so she got a doctor's note saying she has a bladder issue that would interrupt trial.

I had to go to jury duty once. I sat there for like 5 hours, and then they decided they didn't need anybody else for the case. Biggest waste of time everrr.

They have us $15 for our time, then 30mins later some dude came and gave a talk asking for donations. The nerve.

I never got to the part where they ask questions and stuff though, maybe you will get "lucky" like I did
    What's my definition of success?
Creating something no one else can
Being brave enough to dream big
Grindin' when you're told to just quit
Giving more when you got nothin' left

If your job pays for you to be at Jury duty, you should do it. You usually get out by 4 pm at the latest and don't have to come in until 10 am. and you learn about the justice system enough to never want to have to go in front of a jury. Ever.

if you really want to get out, just make it clear why you would feel uncomfortable or biased about whatever issue they are talking about - if it's assault/rape say something like "My best friend was assaulted and the guy got away. I don't think I could be unbiased." If it's embezzling "I think companies deserve to have all their money taken and are evil." if it's anything to do with police "The police framed my friend/cousin/distant uncle. They can't be trusted".
There are no girls on the internet.
