moneypak will be the best even though it isnt technically a gift card, i would take nc or amazon though and so would many others.

If I accept giftcards, I only do Amazon and iTunes (occasionally).
Oh okay! Well I can never use paypal or debt online, so it's either nc mall/psn/itunes or something else from shoppersdrugmart canada lol.
