well i know some things about coding and everything i learned from codecademy but im using the basic default scripting on visual studio all i need to do now is the event log and the log in and im done but its making it difficult cause im stuck

If your open to paid services (you need an account to see links) is Really high quality. I've been a member for 2 years. Just search for "what ever you want to learn like a programming language or name of software" + "Essential Training". You could keep signing up every 2weeks with a new account if you want to avoid the expense. I think it's like $30/mo.

Starts in October. Will teach you the basics of python 2.7. After finishing you can probably use the NeoAccount class I wrote to start making your own simple scripts. With a bit of additional self study you can turn those into GUI based programs.
