Today I'm leaving for a dance camp type thing that's hosted by the university I plan on attending next year, and I'm really worried that I'm going to go and really suck.
I've always pretty much just been comfortable being the best on our team at my high school, but now that I'm going to be with hundreds of other dancers, I'm really nervous about choking in front of everyone and embarrassing myself.
Does anyone have any good tips on how to reduce stress and nervousness? (:

I'm more worried about my team and my teachers looking bad if I do, than myself actually looking bad, haha.
But that's really sound advice.
I guess it is what it is - I'll try to live in the moment and just enjoy it.
Imagine everybody naked...
And if that fails just take some time to relax beforehand, chill out and just remember that you're the best on your team and have no reason to be worried
just imagine yourself winning.
