Went to a theme park today and the ride broke down....

The ride is called "Air" (video below).

Just as the ride set to depart, we heard a loud hissing noise and the leg restraints flew open. Needless to say everyone on it (about 30 people) started to panic and shout.

I was right at the front, and I feel bad now since I was pretty harsh to the guy operating it..."DON'T LET IT SET OFF OR I WILL COME BACK HERE AND F***ING KILL YOU MATE" were my exact words I think...it was trying to depart without us being secured properly and I was crapping my pants!!! XD

And my friends videos those of us that got stuck on it as we were there for agesssss, I'll try to get the vid later on

I think Oblivion is the best there

In terms of the rush you get there's nothing like it at Alton Towers.

Nemesis for the whole experience though, but still not as much of a rush

I actually prefer Thorpe Park, just because of Stealth. I hate heights, but that ride gives me such a buzz.

A ride called superman or something like that had something similar happening to it here, the six flags down here is closed though and no one wants to buy/lease it from the fair grounds. Its for sale.

When I went to Alton Towers a few years ago, there was a guy in a Superman t-shirt who posed like Superman just as the picture was taken. Looked epic!

... And now I feel like going there again.
