Even if they get the PIN cracker, there's a very little chance that this guy will be able to use it.

The hacker will exploit holes etc etc and when he finally has a program ready, it probably will be useless to the OP.

I meant more that it has a fairly limited scope unless the guy has a buttload of amazing pinned accounts already

You still don't get it.

If a program is released, it will get leaked.

Soon enough, hundreds of people will have it. Then thousands.

PIN cracking will become widespread, and no account will be safe.

I'm sure if a program actually got released, TNT would step up security measures made available.
Not saying it isn't a very scary prospect, though.

TNT < Hackers if the program is released, most likely. If an exploit is found once, it can be found again, as they probably know where to look.
