Let me clarify why I locked this.

I understand that we all hate TNT. I want them to be exposed as much as anyone. But telling the neo world this would cause so much harm to our community. By letting everyone know that TNT is supposedly offering a reward to rats, it will cause all kinds of rats to come out of the wood work in hopes of a reward (cheaters, ex-cheaters and even legit players).
We already have too many rats. We don't need to encourage more!
