Question about uc trading up

A friend of mine is quitting and giving me a dn uc faerie kougra. How well would this pet trade up? Could a dn uc faerie kougra trade for a dn faerie shoy?

Thanks for the replies. On a side note, in my opinion neo should of kept the lines from the old art. For example, the uc faerie moehog and converted are very similiar. They should of did the same for all the pets.
