@(you need an account to see links), you might be 150% sure that you want that exact tattoo, but if I were you I would also make sure you know 150% where you want it.
It is not up for someone else to decide what fits you best or will bring it out at it's best. Therefore I will not even give advice of what I would like or would do.
Tattoos are (or should be) to personal to let someone else influence you on ...
Coming from a job where I see people who get tattooed in every imaginable place with every imaginable theme, I'd lend my advice and say to not get your first tattoo somewhere were you can't cover it up. As much as you might have your mind set on it, even if you don't regret it, you could end up going into a job or environment where the tattoo is not only frowned upon but even discriminated against. Make sure you're comfortable with the process and your current position in your life before you make a permanent change to the way strangers look at you.
Yeah I'd definitely say get it somewhere where it is visible but could be covered up. I have mine down the inside of my left arm below the elbow, and I'll admit it would be hard to cover up. Luckily, there's no occasions where I've had to and I wouldn't want to, I'm proud of mine.
Good luck finding the right place, hopefully it all goes to plan!
