Oh I had it for a day or two, didn't do much except discreetly steal from the SBD, then I decided to clear it out and load shells. Got approximately 380m before it got frozen.
Ah, that was the mistake. When you go for it, you go for it. Do it all in 1-2 hours.

Did TNT take the items you got, from your shells?

Yeah... Well hopefully I can get it unfrozen by using the original email to talk to TNT.

Nope, they're nice and secure. Waiting for them to age so they will be even more secure.

Well it depends was this account you got frozen active or inactive?

    Active.

I already sent in a ticket, but I'm thinking about emailing them too. Do you think I should back up my story on the ticket? Or should I lie and act distraught that my account has been frozen after all of the hard work. I could refer to an email that was sent in the past when the account was hacked in '10.

I'm using the original email that the account was set on.

Try using the same story of being hacked. What domain is the email? Did you change it's PW? What domain is it? You can PM this info.

Ooo yeah then it might be harder if its active. Considering the original owner will send in a ticket as well. If you think about it, with both of you working together to get it unfrozen, you have a better chance of them unfreezing it. But this will unfortunately also make TNT either change the pass or inform the owner to change the pass. But either way you still have access to the email. Just hope the owner doesnt change the email for the account.

The account was frozen, how could the original owner change the email?
