Well... My original story was that I was the original owner.
I should probably change that.

I don't think the owner is aware that the account was frozen.

What I'm trying to say is that in my ticket, I said I was the original owner and changed the details for security. That's what I'm wondering if I should change.

Why not? if the user is an active user, within 24-48 hours of it getting frozen, they should have found out. Now it depends if they want to send in a ticket or not. I mean if I owned an account of such caliber I would immediately try to send in a ticket or an email to the staff in an attempt to get it back.

No email was sent as of yet, and the account hadn't been logged into for several days, which leads me to believe that the owner may be away for a while. From what I've learned, they now play on their daughter's account.

I'll probably have more success if I change my story, but then if I change the details again, it may result in a permanent freeze.. Hmm... I think the best course of action would be to change my story, revert the email back to the original one, make the password similar the the original one, and PIN it again.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy with that. I saw the pets and I was like o.o, then I saw the SBD/Gallery and it turned to ! Then I went to the bank, and... O_______________O
