I used to play this game for long, long time to get the avatar and I just couldn't drop the coconut... Now, after starting to play again, I got the avatar on my first try.
To see my cursor I just right-clicked on the game screen, then left-clicked somewhere outside of it. This way when you move your mouse back to the game screen, you should be able to see the cursor. This of course helps to aim better.
So that's why I also think that this AoB is not very useful.
