If you haven't already you should really open a dispute.

At least if you don't get your $$ you can save others from being scammed by getting this ****hole banned from here. One less scammer/joker/idiot/messer-arounder on this site will benefit us all. Even if he does pay you I would still never deal with him and want him banned for the aggro he has caused you.

Yeah, if anything you could probably make threads in the TC/BD chat warning people not to trade or interact with his suspicious ass... Would probably get him nervous
