How long did it take more or less before you could run, let's say ... 5 minutes without much of a problem?
Because I really feel like I'm doing a bad job, even though everyone says I'm working so hard/harder then I would have too...I just get dissapointed when it doesn't work.

Lol, sure thing. I'm planning to do that anyway. Pic of how it was and how it's now. Or a pic with old jeans on I used to wear before I started losing weight, to show the difference. And yes, I know what most guys would prefer.

I'm jelly. (Though I know how it sucks, my mom used to have the same/still has it.)
A sad, crude, twisted little girl.
When my matabolism slows down, I'ma be a fatty I quit smoking cigarettes 2 weeks ago and I've been munching super hard to feed my cravings, but it isn't helpin. Just expensive
Honestly I don't really remember. Maybe a week? The trick is to alternate between walking and running. What I did was for 1 week: Run 2 min, Walk 2 min, Run 2 min, Walk 2 min (for however long you need, say 30 minutes total. or for the distance you want to start with.) I started off doing 1 mile a day like that.
Then the next week, Run 2 min, Walk 1 min, Run 2, walk 1. Then each week, increase the time that you run by 2 or 3 minutes, but only walk 1 minute or less in between. Then after a few weeks, Run for 10-15 minutes, walk 2-5 minutes, etc. After a month or two you should be able to run 20+ minutes no problem. Then just keep pushing yourself to go further!

Aaah, that's gonna make a difference with your running. It's probably why you're having trouble now. Your poor lungs
