I have been having a hard time sleeping too. I go to bed but end up just wide awake or tossing and turning having a hard time actually falling asleep and then I wake up more during the night. Been dealing with this for the past 5 years or so. What I have been doing that does help is drinking some peppermint tea before I go to sleep. And every few months I go and buy a new pillow. A new pillow has helped more than anything. Mine get all squished and then very uncomfortable so the new fluffy ones tend to really help me sleep at least until they start getting squished flat again lol. Another thing you can do is read before you go to bed, no tv on no computer on but slowly let your body get into that calm restful state without interruption and reading can help you do that.
