    If you're on a diet or want to get a healthier body/skin, cut off the fizzy drinks as well (aka cola, redbull, sprite, flavored milk, a lot of juices, etc) basically all you should drink is tea and water.

    Sugar free drinks are still okay, but you still need your fizz. Cut down on it though. NO ENERGY DRINKS *punches the wall*

    Sugarfree drinks are not that okay. They contain sacharine (that's the Dutch word, dunno if it's the same in English) and a lot of other shit thats bad for you.
    Anything fuzzy is not good for your body. Tea and water are.

    Don't cut salt out completely afaik we need atleast some of it...just cut back on it.

    Steaming the vegetables actually removes nurtritional value as well. To get the most out of your vegetables eat them raw, make sure to wash them but not in hot water as you will be washing all the nutrients down the drain.

    Drink lots of water and tea, like @(you need an account to see links) said, but get a kind of tea that you like the flavor of already because if you're trying to be healthy you wont want to add any sugar. Do NOT NOT NOT, I cant say it enough. Do NOT drink anything "Diet" it more than likely has aspartame in it which has been proven to eat through the brain and other organs and infact can make you gain more weight because it also dehydrates you.

    And like @(you need an account to see links) said, keep salt in your diet. Salt is the main source of Iodine in your diet (Unless you eat a lot of seaweed, which is yummy btw) not only does it have iodine but you need it to balance your electrolytes. No salt in your body is just as bad as too much. Moderation is key.

    And congrats on making a healthy choice. I was a vegetarian for 8 years. (now I eat chicken and some fish) I also eat organic and live food (which is food with living cultures in it for better digestion and absorbtion, most commonly found in yogurt and some energy bars.) You should try some vegetarian food. A lot of people assume its nasty because it's not meat but it's actually quite good and you can feel the your health getting better after just a week of replacing red meat in your diet to a healthier alternative.

    You don't need to cook with salt or anythng. I do, but my sister doesn't at all (she's a pagan Miss) and she's healthy as can be!
    And the tiny bit of salt we need, is often stored in food and drinks already.
