I've seen only one person get a second chance I believe after being frozen for cheating on games, and it was for the first Ultimate Bullseye. This was a long time ago.

Been iced a decent bit of times for cheating on games, it's usually when I accidently send a wrong score, like put the time in the score spot and score in time spot, that usually will get you iced by the next day
