What does "Account Banned" mean?

Does that mean it's going to purge? While going around guessing passwords, I guessed the passwords to the accounts with pregnant and bale on them. And they both said account banned. So it shouldn't be a fuss to say them now because they're banned anyway.

It means that they hadn't been logged into for a very long time and are now being deleted.
