That's really sick. But the woman's picture looks like one you'll get from camwhoring (the angle of the left shoulder is a giveaway), so I'm thinking it was photoshopped and the whole story is a joke. Or rather, I hope it is.

Actually the more i think into it the more im starting to believe its fake but i do believe the story is true.
