Just got Starter edition, Does it faceroll the whole game?

Just got starter edition, Leveled my Barb to the cap (Level 13), Is it always going to be this click spam / your dead or does Hell/Inferno actually present a challenge? I must admit i played the beta and thought i wouldnt give it a go but the release is alot better then the beta! Looking forward to seeing some high end stuff!

Nah, definitely not. Hell and Inferno, especially Inferno are really difficult.
